Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order or using our website. By accessing mamasfreshpressco.com or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

Mama's FreshPress Co is a veteran-owned small business specializing in custom heat press apparel and DTF transfers. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.

We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

​

All products sold by Mama's FreshPress Co are custom made to order. This means:

  • Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed

  • We do not hold pre-made inventory for most items

  • Production typically begins within 1–2 business days of order confirmation

  • Because items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

Please double-check all spelling, sizing, and customization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

​

  • All prices are listed in US dollars

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase

  • We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our secure checkout

  • We do not store your payment information — all transactions are processed securely through Wix Payments or PayPal
     

4. Order Processing & Shipping

​

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days

  • Shipping times vary by location and carrier — estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after processing

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • Mama's FreshPress Co is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier once the order has left our hands

  • We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly
     

5. Returns & Refunds

Because all of our products are custom made to order, all sales are final.

Exceptions are made in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The item received is different from what was ordered

If either of these applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer at checkout, including wrong sizes, misspelled names, or incorrect addresses.

6. Custom Design & Intellectual Property

​

  • Customers submitting custom design requests represent that they have the legal right to use any text, images, or graphics included in their order

  • Mama's FreshPress Co is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement resulting from designs submitted by customers

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem offensive, illegal, or inappropriate

  • All original designs created by Mama's FreshPress Co remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission
     

7. Color & Product Variations
 

Because our products are custom pressed and made to order, please be aware that:

  • Colors may appear slightly different on screen versus the finished product due to monitor settings and fabric type

  • Minor variations in placement or sizing may occur and are not considered defects

  • We do our best to ensure every order is consistent and high quality
     

8. Limitation of Liability

Mama's FreshPress Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law
 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes arising from orders or use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alabama.
